Why I started Majestic Coaching
I started Majestic Coaching because I understand how quickly the world of work is changing. While traditional career paths remain valuable and important, today’s opportunities are far more diverse than ever before.
Alongside established professions, there are now growing industries and career routes that were far less recognised 20 years ago, including cyber security, digital marketing, content creation and the wider creative industries.
My approach combines realistic guidance with creativity, helping individuals explore both traditional and modern career pathways based on their strengths, interests and long-term goals. Rather than offering generic advice, I focus on helping people build confidence, develop character and recognise the potential they may not yet see in themselves.
