Why Majestic Coaching?
Majestic Coaching combines real-world experience with personalised, results-focused support.
With a background in education, youth work, and careers guidance, I have supported young people across schools, colleges, sixth forms and alternative provision settings. Ranging from high-achieving students to those at risk of disengagement.
I understand the pressures students face tand provide structured, supportive guidance focused on real outcomes.
This is not generic advice. It is tailored support designed to help each student move forward with clarity and confidence.
Support can be tailored for individual families, schools, or organisations.
My Approach
I begin by identifying each student’s strengths, areas for development, and aspirations whether they are choosing GCSE, preparing for exams, or planning their next steps for post 16 or 18. From there, I support them to set clear goals and create a realistic action plan to move forward.
I take time to understand parents’ expectations, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same outcomes.
I use a combination of coaching and mentoring to provide both guidance and support. This approach allows me to challenge, motivate, and build confidence, while also giving students the tools and structure they need to succeed.
With over 15 years of experience across education, youth work, and careers guidance, I provide support that is practical, personalised, and focused on real results.
I work with students, parents, and organisations, ensuring support is aligned and focused on clear outcomes. Whether it’s a one-off careers guidance session or a structured package of support, every programme is tailored to the individual and their specific needs.
My approach is focused on unlocking each student’s potential, helping them develop their strengths, build confidence, and move forward with clarity.
